Adult Christian Formation
Adult Christian Formation is a lively and informal discussion among Seekers and Friends that meets in the Fellowship Hall every Sunday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 am.

Through the summer, the group will be using Lectio Divina to explore what the Gospel reading of the day means to us.

Participants are kind and open to different viewpoints, recognizing we all have different lived experiences. All are welcome to participate, and it is not "share or die." You may sit and listen if that is more comfortable for you. We listen without trying to "fix" or judge. We always find grace in the words of the Gospel and in our fellow travelers.

Future Class Offerings
The new Church Year begins with Advent in late November, but traditionally we share the school year calendar with our secular world.

The new "school" year will begin in September, with a book selection that we will read and share our ideas and insights over a period of a few weeks.

Advent begins Sunday November 30, 2025 and goes through Wednesday December 24. There are four Sundays during which time we will discuss book related to the birth of Christ and its effect on us.

Lent is the season which helps us prepare for Easter. It begins with Ash Wednesday on February 18, 2026. Over the six Sundays leading up to Holy Week and Easter, we will share a book that will help us understand the mystery of Easter.

In the Ordinary Times, we will either use Lectio Divina or read and discuss books.

The group chooses all books.
